Sometimes when I wake up, I put on my coat...
And I put on my hat...
And I put on my wellington boots...
And I put my digital camera into my pocket...
And then I go out into the garden.
I wonder about all the interesting things I shall see.
I look at the shapes.
I look at the colours.
I look at the light and the shadows.
I watch the way the plants move in the breeze.
I start to feel very excited!
I wonder how my photographs will turn out.
So then I take my camera out of my pocket.
And I begin to take photographs.
I walk around amongst the plants and flowers.
I take ‘close up’ photographs.
And I take photographs of the plants and flowers from many different angles.
This makes me very happy.
Suddenly a voice calls my name.
‘Mark, tea’s ready.’
So I finish what I am doing.
I put my camera back inside my pocket so it is safe.
And then I go back inside the house.
After my tea I go upstairs to the office.
Then I download my photographs into the computer and start to make some Art.
When I was much younger I lived at a different house.
The garden there was very dark and shady at the far end.
I thought that monsters lived in the shady part of the garden.
I thought that I could see the faces of monsters in the plants and flowers.
I think the monsters have followed me to my new house too!
